While 90% of our nappies are biodegradable, some small components, like the side and frontal tapes, are not yet biodegradable. However, we’re continuously working on making our products even more sustainable.

Here’s the best way to dispose of your nappy:

1. Remove and dispose of any solid waste in the toilet.
2. Peel off the side and frontal tapes.
3. Place the used nappy in a biodegradable bin bag to help it break down efficiently.
4. Dispose of it in a general waste bin that goes to landfill.

• Open the nappy and slide it under the baby while gently lifting his or her legs and feet. Make sure to "massage" the nappy to remove any packing creases. Note: Back of the nappy can be identified by the two side fastening strips.
• Bring the front part of the nappy up between the baby's legs and onto the belly.
• Bring the fastening strips around and fasten snugly. The strips should sit symmetrically on the waistband at the front of the nappy.
• The nappy should appear straight and equally proportioned on the baby, sitting just under the belly button.

• Dispose the nappy pant by rolling it, place in a disposable nappy bag and put in the rubbish bin.

If this happens, a "Sorry we missed you card will be left", and the products will be taken to the nearest Post Office. The card will advise which Post Office your products can be collected from. 

We're unable to redirect your order, and you will need to go to the Post Office to collect. They will need some identification.

If, for whatever reason, you aren’t happy with your purchase, contact us at hello@cuddlies.co to organise a return within the first 30 days of your purchase. 

We may be able to provide you with a refund if your order has not been dispatched from our warehouse, and we’ve been able to successfully request a cancellation of your order.  

If your order has been processed, currently in transit or has been delivered, our standard returns policy applies.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all original  labels and tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
