• Put the nappy pant on and pull up over baby's bottom.
• The leg cuffs should wrap neatly around your baby's legs and bottom. Run your fingers along the inside edge of the nappy to activate the leak guard (pull out the leak cuffs).
• To take off, tear the sides for quick and easy removal.
• Dispose the nappy pant by rolling it, and put in the rubbish bin (use a compostable bin bag to dispose your nappies).
