To begin with I ordered the wrong size for my grand daughter but luckily realised it soon after I put the order in. Sent an email off to the team and received a reply very quickly. They had saved the day and promised to change the order for me. Thanks team. I had the order sent straight to my daughter so I didn’t see the order when it arrived but I didn’t have to worry at all. I received updates as to when it had been shipped and when it was going to be delivered. And of course on the day of delivery my daughter was very happy. The order arrived on time , well packaged. And they love the bamboo nappies for their little one. They have been given a lot of samples for their newborn but this is the second of Cuddlies they have received and are very happy with the product. Great work team.
